Pinas Gold UAE is a Filipino-owned jewelry business operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We sell genuine gold jewelry including necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, bangles, pendants, and sets in 18K, 21K, 22K, and 24K gold.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service or place an order. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Gold-based product prices are calculated using the current Dubai gold market rate per gram and are subject to change without prior notice to reflect live market conditions.

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including weight, karat, and description. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Service are accurate, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice and to limit the quantities of any product.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — Payment is made upon delivery. COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
• GCash — Payment must be completed and proof of payment uploaded within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Bank Transfer — Transfer must be completed and receipt uploaded within 24 hours of placing the order.

Orders with unverified or unsubmitted payment proof after 24 hours may be automatically cancelled.

5. Order Confirmation and Processing

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Orders are processed only after payment has been verified by our team. We will notify you via email once your payment is approved and your order is being prepared for dispatch.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for standard orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events of force majeure.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is in its original, unworn condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact
• You provide proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Items returned without prior approval from our team

8. Product Authenticity

All gold jewelry sold by Pinas Gold UAE is 100% genuine and certified. Each piece is sourced from verified suppliers and meets the stated karat purity. We stand behind the authenticity of our products.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Pinas Gold UAE or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. User Accounts
